So last night Ryan and I were driving with the kids to the high school state playoff's baseball game. I turned to Ryan and (smiling) said, "Guess What? My roses are coming back to life!!! My watering is paying off and it looks like I don't have a black thumb after all."
That's when Ryan bursts my balloon with, "Yeah . . . about that, I've been putting Miracle Grow on them."
Me: (Completely bummed and shocked) "Seriously???"
