Safari Drive

One of our favorite things to do as a family is drive through these safari zoos. We've been three or four times now, and the kids LOVE it! You'll see that both boys started asleep, but by the end, they were hollering and hooting over the animals. Ethan loves these, because we drive slow enough for him to sit on Grandpa's lap.

We saw quite a few animals when we went that I didn't upload. Among them: kangaroo with baby in pouch, parrots of all sorts, elk, dear, a bazillion different types of monkeys, other birds, HUGE turtles and tortoises, buffalo, tigers, lions, bears, and much more. It was a really fun afternoon!

Oh, it was a HOT one!

These goats were the funniest. In the petting zoo part, they had chickens, roosters, goats, little pigs, and HUGE pigs. Well, goats really do eat anything. One got ahold of Ryan's shirt and started chewing on it. This one chewed on our stroller some and actually got ahold of our diaper bag as well. It was pretty funny!
