International Day

Friday night we did our international day for the week. This week was China. Unfortunately, we ran out of time again, so we didn't get to make the paper tissue flag. However, we did learn how to write our names in Mandarin Chinese. We also painted these, and then, we learned how to fold some oragami. That was a lot of fun! We also made a really yummy Chinese dish that I learned about from my recipe group. After talking about China we set up for family movie night and the kids had a great time watching Diary of a Wimpy Kid.
