I am Thankful #47

Kids Accomplishing Something Matthew just learned how to tie his shoes. I know he's in first grade and we probably could have picked up the pace on this one much sooner, but . . . velcro and "rocks" have been so awesome. Two days ago, we finally bit the bullet and he did it! Now he is a tying machine!
David announced to my mother over the phone: "Guess what, Grandma? I don't ask for packages anymore!" This is a big achievement, because he really thinks he should receive a package in the mail everyday. He's also sharpened up his scissor skills (*Big oops. A pair of scissors was left unlocked.).

Ethan is accomplishing new words each day! Oh, man is his brain like a sponge. This is an amazing stage.
