Teaching I had the chance to teach a friend to cook a chicken today. The lesson was rather basic and I'm not certain how the recipe will turn out--since we made it up based on the limited spices in her cupboard. However, it was such FUN to create and to share something I love so much with a friend. I'm grateful for teaching opportunities.
